SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All parcels are sent via Australia Post and we strive to have your order shipped within 48 hours. Postage in Australia is a flat fee of $6.50, and we offer those orders over $65 with free shipping (this can be selected at the second stage of our checkout after any discount(s) have been applied, and excludes the shipping fee). For orders placed outside of Australia/International orders, we ship via Australia Post and postage rates based on the shipping destination. This fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

All items are stocked in good faith; however, in the unfortunate event that we have to order the product in, please allow for up to five (5) business days before your item(s) are sent. In the event of a longer delay, we will contact you advising on a delivery timeframe.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, include a 10% goods and services tax (GST) and are correct at time of publishing. For international orders, GST is not charged on goods purchased.

We accept a variety of payment methods. Through our eWay payment gateway we can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. We also offer payments via PayPal.

If you have received a promotional discount voucher, this discount is not applicable to the postage fee, and cannot be used in conjuction with any other promotional discount offer (unless the item is an advertised “Sale” price). The discount is only valid for the specified timeframe, and may only be used once in any one transaction.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Once you click on “Confirm Order” your order begins to process and unfortunately you cannot make any changes online. To cancel your order prior to shipment, you will need to Contact Us. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

ONLINE SECURITY

We take online security seriously. Once you enter our secure ‘Checkout’ process via our ecommerce provider, these pages are protected by 256 bit SSL security encryption to help protect your personal data.

When processing credit card transactions, we use eWay; a Australian payment gateway to securely process your payment. We also offer customers the choice of PayPal; another secure payment gateway.

PRIVACY POLICY

At ink2pen we respect your privacy. The personal information that we collect is used solely for ArnVic Pty Ltd t/as ink2pen to process your order. It will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to any other parties outside this order transaction. We may disclose information where instructed by law to Government or Regulatory Authorities.

If you have signed up to our newsletter, you have consented to receive store news, new products information, special offers, and other promotional announcements from us. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, you can click on the unsubscribe link contained in the email, or alternatively your can Contact Us to unsubscribe.

You have the right to access any of your personal details kept by ink2pen. This request must be mailed to us in writing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We would like our customers to be satisfied with the products that they purchase, but please choose carefully. Refunds are not provided in the event that you change your mind.

There are some exceptions where you are entitled to a refund or an exchange as in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 where:

• The item(s) are faulty or damaged in transit; or
• The item(s) are significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• The item(s) do not do what they are supposed to do.

Please contact us prior to returning the good(s) to us. Where the return is allowed under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we will pay for the postage cost, and send you out a mailing satchel.
