There are some exceptions where you are entitled to a refund as in accordance with the Trade Practices Act where:

Where the return is allowed under the Trade Practices Act, we will reimburse the customer the postage costs. In all other instances, the customer will be liable to pay for postage to return the goods to ink2pen. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you on the first exchange however any subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges..
